Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Guide business users on the best practice implementation of web metrics for questions, goals and KPIs
- Maintain Dynamic Tag Management (DTM) configuration and Adobe Analytics report/dashboards
- Build DTM configuration
- Build reports and dashboards in Adobe Analytics for new and existing solutions
- Deliver analytics implementations based on Business questions, goals and KPIs following our standard template
- As needed, data mining from Adobe Analytics
- Mentor support team in Adobe Analytics and DTM best practice
- Deliver an updated campaign code standard with input from regions and local stakeholders
Must Haves:
- Recognized expert-level knowledge of relevant methodologies, technologies, languages, standards and processes with 5+ years of experience in the area of Analytics (especially Adobe Analytics and Dynamic Tag Management), preferably with broad industry exposure
- Capability to think strategically
- Excellent understanding of complex landscapes and relationships (business, systems, policies, etc.)
- Excellent ability to communicate with different stakeholders, not only what is being done and how, but also why
Workload: 20h per week (50%)
