Main tasks:
  • Agenda and travel management (trains, taxis, flight, hotels, restaurants…)
  • Expenses reporting
  • Communication management ( update web site, social media, newsletter…)
  • Translations of documents and website


Main qualifications
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Strong copy-writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Team worker
  • Fluent in English and French


Main advantages:
  • Temporary contract 6 months starting in January 
  • 39h/ week
