For a permanent position at our client's side in Winterthur, we are looking for an experienced
Project Management Officer / Project Manager
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the operational management of the PMO on Group level. You will also lead some small projects
Your Qualifications:
- Several years experience in a comparable position (PMO Management Office) with a strong understanding of business processes
- University degree / FH (or equivalent) preferably in the field of business administration (or equivalent) and education in project management
- Analytical skills with strong problem-solving skills - focused on continuous improvement
- Understanding of change management and how to overcome resistance in organizations
- Hands-on-attitude, strong communication skills on all levels with different stakeholders
- Leadership personality with drive, good social skills, convincing personality, and experience with different cultures
- Fluent in English, German and French is a plus
Your Responsibilities:
- Planning and further development of the centralized and coordinated project portfolio
- Creating transparency about current and planned projects by providing up-to-date and reliable project data
- Ensuring compliance with demand and delivery processes (applications, reporting)
- Create dashboards and present to PMO Steering Board
- Further development and training of uniform project standards, as well as of the PMO artifacts
- Manage projects according to PMO project methodology
- Responsible for managing functionally the local PMO project coordinator as well as leading the team as part of a project
