A Swiss Private Bank is looking for a System Administrator in the 2nd Level Operations to support the Windows Server and VMware platforms.Start Date: 01.01.2019
End Date: 31.12.2019
Workplace: Zurich
Workload: 80% (up to 100% during on-call duty)

Tasks:
• You are responsible for the installation of Windows Servers based on installation manual.
• You support the Lifecycle management of Windows Servers based on defined processes and steps.
• You are responsible for the 2nd level support of the Windows infrastructure (Windows 2008, 2012, 2016 and Citrix)
• You are responsible for the Windows Configuration and Change Management based on defined processes (ITIL).
• You review delivered packages and documentations.
• You do the installation on test systems and basic shakedown testing of new packages.
• You install changes on production environment.
• You are the SPOC for various Application responsibilities.
• You will be scheduled for on-call duty tasks regularly (7 days in a row).
Requirements:
• Solid Microsoft Foundation with specialist know-how and some years of experience in Windows technology.
• You are an experienced Server Administrator (minimum 3 – 5 Years of experience).
• You have Change Management/Process know-how and experience.
• You have solid ITIL know-how.
• You have basic knowledge in the area of Server Virtualization (VMware, ESX, VirtualCenter).
• Scripting know-how and experience is preferred (e.g. PowerShell 4.0); program language skills in .NET area can also help in change management process.
• SQL server operations know-how is also preferred.
• You are fluent in English and you understand Swiss German (preferably).
