On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced 1st and 2nd Level Supporter. For this contractual job for 6 months (with extension) in central Switzerland, our customer is looking for a fluent German and English speaking staff with the following background.
Your Role:
- 1st and 2nd Level Support
- Support for all Client employees at the defined locations
- Software and hardware support
- Client Support for Windows7 - 10 Office Environment
- Interface between users and other IT teams
- Troubleshooting and managing technical issues
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Experienced in Windows7 - 10 Office Environment
- Knowledge in Support for PC, Notebook, Printer, Mobile, Network
- Advanced social and teamwork skills
- Customer-oriented thinking
- Convincing communication skills
- Experienced in all necessary tools, processes, methods, best practices, etc. accordingly
- Fluent German and English spoken and written
