For more than 30 years I am active in international (Europe, US, Asia) project management for developments of new composites components, composites process optimization and implementing a composites production.
There is a deep knowledge about Carbon, Aramid, Glass and Polyester fibers embedded with thermoset matrices (EP, PF, VE, UP) or thermoplastic matrices (TPE, PO, PEEK, PEI). This material knowledge covers manufacturing processes like pressing, SMC / BMC, filament winding, vacuum bagging, RTM, VARI, SG, calendering.
Extensive experience consists in the production and the use of components made out of sandwiches containing foam, HC or solid cores.
