- Closely communicate with Product and Project management, QA department, Labs, Sales and Customer support department, and other stakeholders to elaborate the incoming requirements and ensure their feasibility and realistic dependencies and estimates planning;
- Based on elaborated requirements, together with the Team – design, plan, implement, cover with tests, and deliver to test, staging, and production environments the system configuration and software components of customer-oriented Web and API interfaces of VMRay Analyzer;
- Maintain the development, test, and production servers, network setup, cloud and 3rd-party integrated components and timely address the possible issues;
- Ensure cross-competent, quick and efficient communication with QA and Customer Support departments for elaborating and addressing the customer-reported issues the as last-line technical support;
- Actively participate, maintain, and continuously improve the organizational and technical processes, frameworks and solutions to ensure the maximal development performance and lowest regressions rate;
- Follow the latest technical trends and present the findings in relevant fields, including Python, Linux system software, User Experience and Web Services usability, to timely integrated the cutting-edge technologies in the VMRay software and raise the whole Team awareness;
- Keep and improve the knowledge of business environment, competitors, and integration providers to be able to knowledgeable attest the business and technical decisions made through the daily development activities;
