Senior Enterprise Architect Insurance

I am specialized in advising insurance companies in the field of Operational Excellence and Digital Enterprise Transformation.

Thus, I´ve huge experiences in the creation of new business and operating models, and being incorporated in the related Change Programs. The currently ongoing project with my team is the revision of the strategy of the entire customer communication for a big Swiss Health Insurance Company. This makes the entire operating model (People, Processes, Suppliers, Organization ...) is affected. The aim is to realize efficiency potentials of several million CHF.
The most relevant experience is based on my role as Head of Process Management / Operational Excellence at Basler Insurance. I had set up a functioning business architecture including capability models and process models with a complete alignment to the IT-Architecture. So I established a process-based transformation model with which we quickly, precisely and pragmatically carried out the improvements and adjustments for the business stakeholders. Additionally I was the lead program manager for the introduction of a new operating model for the entire organization of Basler Insurance.

Today I work with my clients especially in construction and usage of capability led planning, process management and -optimization, Lean and the Definition / Implementation of target operating models.
