Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain and Operations for Brooks Running, EMEA. Brooks EMEA has
set its self an ambitious growth target, to be achieved by 2022. The primary driver for the
forecasted growth is to gain market share from Brooks´ direct competition both B2B and B2C. Brooks
is and further; expanding it´s product portfolio, improving it´s quality end to end, providing the
customer a more ´intimate´ product experience and addressing the specific needs of both B2B and B2C
customers. In order to meet the forecasted growth as well as higher quality expectations, the Brooks
EMEA organization will need to go through a transition in order to deliver the promise to the
customer.
My specific scope of work includes;
* Develop a business case for the programme to drive B2C sales specifically.
* Manage an RFQ process to find a 3rd party logistics provider
* Supplier selection and contractual negotiations.
* Solution options for eCom platform
* Set-up a programme of work between the new provider and Brooks
* Manage and coordinate a programme in both organizations to deliver a state of the art
warehouse operations for Brooks
* Review and recommend improvements to drive B2C volumes.
* Route cause analysis to identify quality issues in the organization and put remedial measures
in place.
* Organisational re-design to ensure that processes are optimized and to negate duplicate effort
and to aid communication, responsibility and accountability.
* Implement strategy to drive eCom volumes - partnerships, customer experience, pricing,
solutions, etc.
* Migrate the business from existing 3rd party logistics provider to the new provider.
* General consulting to the S&OP director for EMEA.
