Change management, SAP Functional Analyst and Tester
In various project teams and business scenarios I have provided support to project team to implement the business blueprint and change activities: gaps analysis, testing, Functional Specifications, Data cleaning, Cutover, and training material localisation. Budget and expenses control:

Processes: LES (Logistics Execution), Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Warehouse Management.

Activities:

-Definition of the process in the business blueprint
-Preparation of master lists gathering data for customizing activities
-Tracking advancement on Solution Manager following the ASAP methodology in all phases of he implementation
-Test activities: Building Technical Documentation and preparation of Test Plans, Test Cases, UAT of Business
Processes and Business Process Steps.
-Handouts preparation for End Users
-Instructing and assist users before go live (in English, German, Italian, French)

Multilingual Trainer and Technical author:

-Design and/or develop training curriculum to include student eLearning programs, student manuals. Review
exercises, quick reference cards, handouts, training presentations
-Work with Senior Training Specialist to determine and implement best working practices, identify training
requirements, develop training strategy and materials, and then develop/deliver training courses.
-Develop training outlines with appropriate version control and document management guidelines; Knowledge and
use of documentation software tools for development of training material: RWD Info Pak™, the authoring tool for the
development SAP work instructions, “cue cards”, simulations, glossaries and online help as well as SAP Productivity
Pak powered by RWD™ (Also known as “Uperform” client and server Application).
-Develop training materials in a clear and concise format.
-Digital Content Management by provision of localisation, translation and transaction testing, building from my
extensive knowledge of localisation and SAP background.

3. Netweaver XI 3.0 SAP Consultant (SAP Associate Consultant 2007).

-Assist in the implementation of technology integration solutions at different levels (planning, organization, conception,
design, expertise, audit and project review.
-Assistance in the following areas: Technical implementation in mySAP-landscapes, technical reviews, technical
feasibility studies. The consultant\'s role can be: Technical Project Leader, Technical Implementation Consultant, and
Technical Operations Consultant.
