Financial responsibilities:
creating and updating the Commercial Release Plan;
Keep in touch with the AP Team, Service delivery, SCM on any operational issues related to the
execution of the Marcom Advertising budget;
managing Communication & branding budget;
solve any invoice payment issue, keep track of media costs (PO creation, proceeding good receipt
and keep track on payment);
monthly check with finance team ;
ticket creation for any system issues (ARIBA, SAP, EVO) on the financial branch;
other financial reports and presentations for Vodafone UK.
Social Media Listening responsibilities:
setting, updating of the social media tool Brandwatch;
weekly presentations to the board;
ad-hoc presentations on different campaigns;
monthly and yoy presentations for department
other Social Media Insight platforms used: Facebook Insights, Creator Studio for Facebook and
Instagram
Biddable responsibilities:
implementing paid media campaigns;
promoting boost posts;
analyze final results with Adobe Analytics.

* checking the information included in the reports of lease companies;
* taking over the necessary information for the authorization from the technical departments and
sending them to the lease companies;
* updating all databases with information from lease companies reports;
* verification of contracts received from leasing companies (including all documents attached to these
leases);
* transmission to VSSB of all contracts for radio sites, ISS, repeaters, Local loop for loading in SAP;
* reconciliations: Ensures the implementation in the computer systems of the resolutions received
following the Cell Site and SAP reconciliations by modifying in SAP the statuses of the contracts,
sending the notifications to the owners and financial reconciliation with them;
* punctual verification / batch of SAP contracts;
Share Point update of the following:
* locations - update ref to the relocations stage;



* uploading documents ref to local council decisions, etc;
* issue of POs related to the works executed by the NLRM department (SAR lease, AC, measurements,
etc);
* reviewing the POs according to the business requirements / commercial site manager requests;
* monthly verification of the issued POs and info regarding their status (executed / closed / in
progress, etc.);
* verifying the invoices received from the contractors for the services provided;
* introduction of data related to SAR, lease, AC in Cell Tracker;
* activation / deactivation of loaded candidates for sites.

* preparation of employment files;
* sending employees to perform the occupational medicine exam;
* processing employment in Sap;
* preparing the reports from Sap, correcting them and uploading them to the Labor Inspection portal;
* drafting certificates (employee, bank, ITM, termination documents, indemnity file documents);
* processing in Sap of the actions (employment, cessation of activity, suspension), as well as
maintaining the data of the employees in the system;
* maintaining the records of employees' documents;
* participation in the insourcing project, over 400 employees were employed within the company, after
they were external employees, which led to a very large volume of work.
