Achievements Establish and manage a new product line "Industrial
Products" to expand the existing automotive business to
new market segments. This includes:

portfolio specifically adapted to focused market

* Employment, management and motivation of a
global sales force focused on non-automotive market
segments
* Deploy the supporting teams for marketing, product

* Management of two manufacturing sites
After a successful market launch in 2015, the product
line generated sales of € 70 million in 2020 with 180
employees.

Company Finishing Brands Corp. originated from a rebranding of
the ITW Finishing Group after a change of ownership in
2012. Finishing Brands Corp. is a 600 Million $ business
that NYSE noted Graco Inc. The German subsidiary itself
represents sales revenues of 52 Mio € and is responsible
for additional 40 Mio € sales in EMEA realized by other
legal entities.
Achievements General management of the subsidiary with 90
employees (manufacturing & warehousing) and the
EMEA sales & service team of 40 people in 3 subsidairies
* Restructuring including consolidation of 2
manufacturing sites
* Responsible for P&L, the achievement of corporate
KPIs and reporting.

Finishing Brands Germany GmbH
Achievements Management and motivation of a team of 22 members
for sales, customer service and field service. Responsible
for sales automotive OEM/Tier 1 in the EMEA region.
The business represented a revenue of 23 Mio € in
2007.
