SmartRecruiters Project Manager | ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Strong Project Management experience delivering enterprise recruitment technology implementations
- Proven experience delivering at least 2–3 end-to-end SmartRecruiters implementations
- Strong understanding of SmartRecruiters configuration, integrations, workflows and implementation lifecycle
- Experience managing projects from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, deployment and go-live
- Strong stakeholder management across HR, Talent Acquisition, IT and third-party implementation partners
- Experience managing project plans, risks, dependencies, budgets and resources
- Strong experience coordinating integrations with wider HR technology and enterprise systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and global project teams
SmartRecruiters Project Manager | DESIRED SKILLS
- Experience delivering SmartRecruiters within complex international organisations
- Experience integrating SmartRecruiters with HRIS/HCM platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate journeys and Talent Acquisition transformation
- Experience managing data migration, UAT, change management and user adoption
- SmartRecruiters certification or relevant implementation accreditation advantageous
- Previous experience working within Switzerland or supporting Swiss-based programmes
