ABAP Developer (m/f/d) | BOPF & CRM Service

Framework: 12 months, renewable annually until end of 2029 | Start January 2027 | 40 hrs/week | Lausanne area | 3 days/week on site for the first 3 months, then as agreed | Remote access only from Switzerland or the French border region | Working language: French

For a large organisation in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for several Senior SAP CRM Techno-Functional Consultants (m/f/d) on a freelance basis in the Lausanne area. The engagement starts in January 2027, with a perspective until the end of 2029. This is a hands-on role: about 70% development (BOPF, ABAP OO, SmartForms, Web Services, OData) and 30% CRM Service process work and support.

Your Mission
You reinforce the internal SAP team and own the evolution and operation of a heavily customised SAP CRM Service platform, from analysis to RUN.

What to expect
  • Enhancing custom SAP BOPF objects: nodes, associations, determinations, validations, actions
  • Designing and building SAP CRM Service processes (service orders, contracts, requests), including Fit-to-Standard workshops
  • Developing SmartForms, Web Services (SOAP) and OData services via SAP Gateway, plus interfaces to SAP BusinessObjects, Microsoft Office and non-SAP systems
  • L2/L3 support, root cause analysis, corrective and evolutive maintenance
  • Testing, transports, go-lives and knowledge transfer to the internal team
Your profile
  • 7+ years of SAP CRM (CRM 7.0) as an SAP CRM consultant or ABAP developer, including production support
  • Hands-on SAP BOPF and ABAP OO development; CRM WebUI and BOL/GenIL are a plus
  • Solid SAP CRM Service know-how
  • Experience with SmartForms, Web Services and OData; Jira, ChaRM and Solution Manager are a plus
  • Fluent French (C1 or higher), residence in Switzerland or the French border region
