Senior AI Governance Specialist / Data Governance Consultant vacancy for our Bern-based client in the banking sector.
Your tasks:
Support the AI Governance Officer in designing, developing and operationalising AI Governance frameworks, standards and processes.
Define and enhance governance requirements for Agentic AI and autonomous AI systems.
Contribute to the evaluation, selection and implementation of AI Governance tools.
Analyse, optimise and operationalise existing AI Governance processes and workflows.
Develop and finalise governance concepts, policies, guidelines and supporting documentation.
Support the establishment of post-deployment monitoring processes for AI systems.
Contribute to Data Governance and Data Quality Management initiatives, including critical data management and Knowledge Management concepts.
Collaborate closely with Risk Management, Legal, Information Security and Enterprise Architecture teams.
Your experience/knowledge:
Several years of professional experience in AI Governance, Data Governance or Data Management, ideally within a regulated environment.
Proven experience designing and implementing governance frameworks, policies, processes and target operating models.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, AI Risk Management and Responsible AI.
Knowledge of AI Lifecycle Management, AI Governance frameworks and controls, and Agentic AI Governance.
Experience in Data Governance, Data Quality Management and related governance processes.
Experience collaborating with Risk, Legal, Information Security and Enterprise Architecture teams.
Financial services or banking experience is an advantage.
Language skills: German.
