Tech Consulting SFeRA ISO 27002-2022:
(1) Review and analysis of existing Cybersecurity Policy Framework (SFeRA) based on new Cybersecurity
standards, OT and Industrial Cybersecurity (ICS) requirements:
a. Analysis of existing Cybersecurity Policy Framework for the following layers:
i. Standard for Cybersecurity as part of the constitution if applicable
ii. Specific Information Security Policies incl. OT related rules
iii. Security Standards & Process Requirements
(2) Identification of change requests and decision proposals for SFeRA rules and re-structuring the SFeRA policy:
a. Change requests for existing rules and standards
b. Proposals for new rules and standards (what)
c. Proposals which related guidelines (how) are to be developed by Cybersecurity Technology and/or IT
department
d. Proposal for timelines of updates of Cybersecurity Policy Framework
e. Documentation of decision proposals
(3) Integrate ICS (Industrial Cybersecurity) related rules and regulations into the Siemens Energy Cybersecurity
Framework
(4) Support for Cyberdrills
(5) Support für ISMS (ISO 27001)
