Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize ServiceNow SecOps / USEM components.
Implement requirements and solution designs provided by the project team.
Develop and maintain workflows, assignment rules, and remediation processes.
Implement and extend integrations using existing ServiceNow integration mechanisms.
Configure dashboards, reports, and automation logic.
Support testing, defect resolution, deployment activities, and technical documentation.
Participate in knowledge transfer and handover activities.
