Position / Role: System Architect - Manufacturing IT-OT
Required Technical Skill Set: System integration across MES, automation, laboratory and data platforms; technical coordination across vendors
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
(Ideally it should not be more than 3-5) • Pharma/biopharma industry experience; GMP/non-GMP awareness; effective Business-IT-OT collaboration; multi-supplier coordination; availability for mandatory on-site qualification, configuration and testing activities. Roche qualification-process knowledge is highly desirable.
• Basis: Role content is derived from the Roche RFP. Candidate seniority thresholds, certifications and the proposed split of the 1.5 FTE BA capability should be confirmed during staffing.
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
Review and document system-level architecture decisions throughout the IT/OT stack.
Define system interactions, interfaces, data flows and technical integration specifications.
Support requirements engineering and create detailed design documentation.
Provide operative technical assistance, including source-code components where required.
Support integration across manufacturing, laboratory and automation systems.
Contribute technical input to test, qualification, commissioning, hypercare and operational support.
Support adaptation of the PTCG IT/OT manufacturing blueprint with other business units.
