Main tasks:

• Co-project manage GNGS flagship programs end-to-end, from budgeting and detailed planning through on-site delivery and post-event evaluation
• Own program content and experience design, working closely with the Marketing flagship event team to ensure content, speakers and overall execution meet GNGS flagship standards
• Curate content and coordinate academic partners, external experts and senior management, including speaker engagement, briefing and preparation
• Help design and protect distinctive participant experiences that differentiate GNGS flagship programs, while ensuring seamless execution across all program touchpoints
• Act as a sparring partner on using AI and data to identify where Next Generation engagement has the greatest impact on client relationships, and help embed this thinking into front-office book planning
• Build and maintain a consistent framework for tracking Next Generation activities and outcomes over time, and develop credible ways to measure and demonstrate impact to senior stakeholders
• Translate external research, behavioral insights and program learnings into concrete recommendations for the team, the Front and future program design

Main qualifications:

• Motivated, hands-on project manager/event manager or coordinator
• Strong background in event and program delivery
• Ability to take co-ownership of flagship program delivery
• Strategic mindset and ability to act as a trusted sparring partner
• Confidence operating in a high-visibility, global, cross-market environment
• English fluent, any other language is an advantage
