- Proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) design, implementation, and strategy.
- Expertise in IAM platforms such as Ping Identity, Okta, SailPoint, Azure AD, One Identity, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of identity management protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
- Experience with role-based access control (RBAC), single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privileged access management (PAM).
- Ability to define and document IAM processes and workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of security best practices.
