Für ein strategisch bedeutendes Innovationsprojekt im industriellen Umfeld suchen wir einen erfahrenen Electrical & Automation Engineering Project Manager. Die Position ist zunächst projektbasiert ausgelegt und bietet bei gegenseitigem Interesse die Möglichkeit einer späteren Festanstellung.
Der Einsatzort befindet sich in der Region Baden AG. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Funktion bei der Umsetzung eines zukunftsweisenden Gasifizierungsprojekts und treiben gleichzeitig anspruchsvolle Engineering und Automatisierungsprojekte innerhalb eines internationalen Industrieumfelds voran.
Ihre Aufgaben

Schwerpunkt Gasifizierungsprojekt

• Verantwortung für die elektrische Auslegung sowie die Mess-, Steuer-, und Automatisierungstechnik einer innovativen Gasifizierungsanlage
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Verfahrensingenieuren, Technologieexperten und externen Partnern bei der Entwicklung technischer Konzepte und Business Cases
• Erstellung und Bewertung technischer Ausschreibungen
• Koordination von Lieferanten, Dienstleistern und Engineering Partnern
• Begleitung von Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Abnahme der Anlagen
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards, Ex-Schutz Vorgaben und Umweltanforderungen

Projektmanagement Electrical & Automation

• Leitung von Investitions und Engineeringprojekten über sämtliche Projektphasen
• Verantwortung für Termine, Kosten und Qualität
• Steuerung interner und externer Stakeholder
• Erstellung von Projektdokumentationen und technischen Unterlagen
• Identifikation technischer Optimierungspotenziale zur Reduktion von Investitionskosten
• Unterstützung verschiedener Produktionsstandorte bei technischen Fragestellungen
• Förderung von Innovationen in den Bereichen Automatisierung, Digitalisierung und nachhaltige Energietechnologien

Ihr Profil

• Studium der Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Industrieanlagen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Electrical Engineering, Automation sowie Mess Steuer und Regelungstechnik
• Erfahrung in der Zementindustrie, Schwerindustrie oder Prozessindustrie von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse in Gasverarbeitung, Oil & Gas, Raffinerietechnik oder Gasifizierung sind ein grosser Pluspunkt
• Verständnis für verfahrenstechnische Abläufe und industrielle Prozesse
• Interesse an Zukunftsthemen wie Dekarbonisierung, Kreislaufwirtschaft und Digitalisierung

Key Responsibilities

Gasification Project Focus

• Lead the design and implementation of electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems for a new gasification facility.
• Collaborate closely with process engineers, technology specialists, and external partners to develop technical concepts and business cases.
• Prepare and evaluate technical tenders and support supplier selection activities.
• Oversee construction, installation, commissioning, and start up activities.
• Ensure compliance with process safety requirements, hazardous area standards, and environmental regulations.

Electrical & Automation Project Management

• Manage engineering projects throughout the complete project lifecycle, from concept through commissioning.
• Take responsibility for project schedules, budgets, quality, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate internal departments, engineering partners, suppliers, and contractors.
• Develop project documentation, technical specifications, and handover packages.
• Identify and implement technical solutions that optimise performance and reduce capital expenditure.
• Support manufacturing sites with engineering expertise and project implementation guidance.
• Promote innovation and best practices in automation, digitalisation, and sustainable industrial technologies.

Your Background

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Process Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
• Proven experience leading electrical and automation projects within industrial environments.
• Strong expertise in electrical systems, instrumentation, controls, and automation technologies.
• Experience within cement, heavy industry, energy, or process manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
• Exposure to Oil & Gas, gas processing, refining, syngas, or gasification technologies would be a distinct advantage.
• Sound understanding of industrial process engineering and plant operations.
• Strong interest in emerging technologies, decarbonisation initiatives, circular economy solutions, and digital transformation.
