Contract & Claim Manager (m/w/d) | Region Baden (Kanton Aargau - Switzerland)

For a demanding project in the industrial, energy, or infrastructure sector, we are seeking an experienced Contract & Claim Manager who will oversee the entire permitting process and act as the key interface between the project team, authorities, and external stakeholders. In this role, you will ensure that all permits and approvals are obtained within the defined project timelines.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identification of all permits and approvals required for the project
• Creation and ongoing maintenance of an overview of all required studies, supporting evidence, and documentation, including status tracking
• Development and maintenance of a permitting plan aligned with the overall project schedule
• Coordination and collection of all relevant information from internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring progress and ensuring the timely submission of all required documentation
• Direct collaboration with cantonal authorities and other permitting bodies to support an efficient approval process
• Development of pragmatic solutions to challenges arising during the permitting process
• Coordination with the relevant authorities and obtaining the necessary permits and approvals

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience in permitting and approval management, including the coordination of complex regulatory approval processes
• Practical experience in infrastructure, energy, industrial, or comparable technical projects
• Confident interaction with cantonal authorities and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements in Switzerland
• Fluency in German, both written and spoken; Swiss German is an advantage
• English language skills are mandatory
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication and coordination skills
