Lead internal technology operations and telephony modernization for a staffing business. Managed migration from RingCentral to Microsoft Teams Phone and Direct Routing, reducing phone licenses from 22 to 13. Worked with an AudioCodes session border controller in Azure and Twilio integrations. Audited a legacy Quickbase environment and developed a migration roadmap while supporting operational continuity and technical delivery.

Built production computer-vision and ML systems in a part-time remote role. Trained a YOLOv8 shelf-availability model on more than 1.7 million annotated boxes; product mAP@0.5:0.95 was 0.555 and empty-space mAP@0.5 was 0.413. Deployed a FastAPI, PostgreSQL, React, Docker, AWS S3 and JWT service with 282 automated tests. Also worked on credit-default prediction, multimodal product categorization and e-commerce ELT.

Increased daily data-quality operations 10x, from 4 to 40, by designing an end-to-end validation and correction pipeline in UiPath REFramework and AI Activities. Automated credit-transaction validation against business and security rules with auditable decisions, retries, and exception handling. Operate unattended production automations through UiPath Orchestrator, including deployment, queues, schedules, assets, monitoring and incident response.
