Stepped in as interim product owner for a production private cloud platform, taking over ownership with no ramp-up gap. Owns the platform roadmap and backlog, aligning infrastructure, operations and internal customers on priorities. Owns the platform operating processes, including incident management, documented and maintained in Confluence.
Owned the product for two teams responsible for the core of Codesphere's platform: deployment and platform infrastructure. Introduced the OKR framework, jobs-to-be-done and a structured product discovery process. Expanded core platform functionality while running backlog, roadmap, iteration planning and delivery. Drove the shift to a documentation-first organisation and delivered high-level product documentation.
Led product across reconciliation, payments foundation and data domains for a globally distributed organisation. Launched a customer-centric reconciliation product in Payoneer Checkout, bringing Kafka and Nomad into the stack.
