As Managing Director, I lead multidisciplinary engineering activities across automotive, defence, medical technology, industrial and energy applications.
I combine business and project leadership with practical expertise in embedded systems, software architecture and model-based development. I support customers from requirements and feasibility through design, integration, validation and technical handover.
My scope includes:
Engineering management: Technical direction, project planning, team leadership, customer coordination and supplier management.
Defence & marine: Power conversion and distribution, embedded control, sensor integration and equipment monitoring for land, sea and air applications.
Medical technology: Research and prototype development for wearable electronics, optical sensing, signal processing and connected health applications.
Software & AI: Embedded software, custom desktop, web and mobile applications, engineering tools, IoT, remote monitoring and AI-assisted workflow automation.
Electronics & mechanics: Coordination of PCB design, control electronics, enclosures, prototyping and system integration.
My technical background includes C/C++, Python, AUTOSAR, MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow, MIL/SIL/PIL/HIL, Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262, including ASIL D project experience.
My automotive experience includes battery management, intelligent lighting, power steering and instrument clusters, with projects involving BMW, Volkswagen, Audi, Daimler, Porsche and Bosch.
We lead design, engineering management and project coordination, with electronics and mechanical manufacturing carried out through trusted suppliers.
