Java Backend Engineer with 5+ years of experience building production-grade microservices, event-driven systems, and distributed applications. My core stack is Java with Quarkus, Vert.x, and Spring Boot, and I have shipped and operated backend systems in real production environments across smart city infrastructure and telecommunications domains.
At DKSR in Berlin I worked as a Java Backend Engineer on a live smart city data platform, with a strong focus on event-driven architecture, asynchronous messaging, real-time data processing, and external API integrations using Quarkus and Vert.x. I took full ownership of features from architecture design through to production deployment and monitoring.
