Projekthistorie
Lead the Classic GL to New General Ledger migration for 713 company codes, the prerequisite for the future S/4HANA conversion; end-to-end ownership from data preparation to execution of the conversion run in the SAP migration cockpit.
Project phase 1: pre-conversion data archiving with SARA (FI_DOCUMNT, CO_ITEM, CO_TOTAL, EC_PCA_ITM, EC_PCA_SUM), per-company-code reconciliation of archived vs online data and archiving monitoring report as cutover evidence.
Project phase 2: New GL conversion; migration scenario and phased cutover plan; balance carryforward reconciliation of Classic GL and New GL totals; FAGLFLEXT/FAGLFLEXA consistency, open item migration, profit center transition and reporting impact analysis.
Led the FICO workstream of the brownfield ECC to S/4HANA conversion in RISE with SAP: Readiness Check, Simplification Item checks, Maintenance Planner, CVI/Business Partner, FI, CO, AA and Material Ledger pre-checks, cleanup and Data Transition Validation; supported the external conversion audit.
Designed and converted Advanced Credit Management (FSCM) with D&B rating integration and Fiori credit apps; account-based Margin Analysis.
