Senior programme and transformation leader with extensive experience delivering complex IT, platform and enterprise transformation programmes in international and regulated environments. Strong focus on governance, delivery assurance and executive stakeholder management across large, multi-year initiatives.
Proven leadership of critical workstreams within large-scale enterprise transformation programmes, including responsibility for planning, execution, risk management and value realisation. Experienced in operating within complex programme structures and steering initiatives embedded in programmes with total volumes exceeding €1bn, while owning defined scopes and budgets in the high six- to low seven-figure range.
Deep expertise in IT and platform transformation, including core system modernisation, platform migrations, legacy replacement and large-scale operating model change. Strong ability to align technology, organisation and processes to enable sustainable transformation outcomes.
Extensive experience working in global delivery and outsourcing environments, including the leadership of distributed teams, vendor and service provider management, and delivery governance across multiple regions. Comfortable operating at the interface between business, technology and external partners.
Strong background in financial services and other regulated industries, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management and compliance-driven delivery. Trusted advisor to senior and executive stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making in complex and high-pressure environments.
Experience leading data and analytics-related initiatives, including data lake and business intelligence programmes, with a focus on data governance, reporting, decision support and integration into broader enterprise transformation initiatives.
Familiar with agile and DevOps concepts as part of broader enterprise transformation programmes, without a primary focus on method-led or DevOps-driven delivery.
