Projekthistorie
OBC7 On-Board Charger
• Diagnostics leadership: led diagnostics development and updates using Vector CANdela Studio, ensuring seamless integration of CDD files into DaVinci Configurator/Developer.
• BSW integration: configured, integrated, tested, and maintained AUTOSAR BSW stacks and multi-vendor module updates according to customer and BRUSA requirements.
• Requirements engineering: analyzed customer requirements with cross-functional teams and estimated effort for software tasks.
• Verification & defects: designed test cases and verification strategies; triaged and resolved reported diagnostics defects, bringing the diagnostics stack to a stable, release-ready state.
• Tooling & CI/CD: developed tools and scripts to streamline development and release processes.
• Process compliance: ensured adherence to software development processes and guidelines (e.g., complex device drivers).
Inductive Charging System (ICS)
• CANopen stack: designed and maintained CANopen-based communication stacks and diagnostics modules, using Emotas tools to generate configuration files and update applications per task requirements.
• Network configuration: configured and validated PDOs, SDOs, and object dictionaries for CANopen communication between the inductive charging system and vehicle ECUs.
• Validation: conducted end-to-end testing and validation of software updates, ensuring high reliability of wireless charging functionality.
• Process setup: played a key role in establishing the Polyspace static-analysis process for the full MTCE camera project software on Linux.
• MISRA compliance: performed full static analysis against MISRA C:2012 and resolved 100% of mandatory- and required-level violations across the complete camera codebase – remaining findings limited to advisory-level warnings – achieving full compliance with documented deviations.
• Deviation management: co-developed a generic deviation procedure and template per MISRA Compliance:2020 and MISRA C:2012 permits, and managed all project deviations accordingly.
• OEM programs: contributed to multiple production (P1) projects featuring Valeo iBSG products for VW, PSA, Ford, and Volvo.
• SWC development: developed application SWCs and integrated them with the Vector BSW stack through the RTE layer.
• Stack configuration: performed full configuration of the Vector memory and COM stacks using DaVinci Configurator/Developer.
• Mode management: implemented the ECU wake-up and shutdown strategy with full BswM, EcuM, and ComM configuration.
• Calibration: performed software calibration with CCP and XCP over CAN and CAN-FD.
• Diagnostics: configured UDS diagnostics based on ISO 14229.
• OS configuration: performed full OSEK-based operating system configuration (ETAS OS) with strong real-time systems knowledge.
• MCAL: configured the MCAL layer for the Infineon AURIX TC265 multicore microcontroller using the EB tresos stack.
• Safety configuration: implemented safety configuration (MPU, BBU) based on the E-GAS monitoring concept for automotive powertrain applications.
• Build environment: managed Makefiles and linker scripts for the HighTec compiler on AURIX targets, including AUTOSAR-compliant memory mapping of code and data.
