- At Contaqt/Pbx.im, independently developed and maintained messaging functionality, including provider webhooks, conversation routing and Vue 3 updates through Socket.IO. Implemented BullMQ retries and job-level deduplication for outbound SMS, and archival logic between Tarantool and PostgreSQL.
- Built a reusable webhook module during a Koa-to-NestJS migration and documented its interfaces.
- Reduced recurring transcription peaks of roughly 600–850 pending tasks to generally small queues by switching Whisper models, at approximately 12,000–13,000 calls per day on unchanged hardware.
- At FusionWorks, coordinated one backend and one frontend developer on a multi-tenant US payroll platform. Built an Azure Durable Functions pipeline for validation, payroll processing and unit mapping, and implemented role- and project-level access checks.
- At Mobile Interaction Company, maintained Django and developed Node.js services. Improved record-listing request duration by approximately 60% through pagination and query changes.
- Earlier work includes a Django/Angular warehouse-management application, monitoring and CI/CD, and a Python automation bot used in network operations.
