Projekthistorie
Leading S/4HANA transformation and migration programmes in the DACH market, overseeing end-to-end delivery including design phase. Driving programme governance, risk management and stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams and client organisations. As Program Director for S/4HANA Transformation EU Utilities (03.2025 - 02.2026): owned S/4HANA transformation for a BPO team of European utilities group across Finance, Procurement, Sales and Asset Management; owned cutover and contingency planning, hypercare model and risk management; drove RPA and automation roadmap across Finance and Procurement processes.
S/4HANA transformation and cloud deployment delivery across DACH and international clients. SAP Public Cloud Carve-Out for a Digital Agency (DE/RO/GE, 10.2022 - 02.2024): end-to-end ownership of a multi-million-euro (1-5M) Public Cloud carve-out programme across 3 regions, 20 legal entities, 200 business users, 10-person core team. Managed full lifecycle including scope, solution design, planning, budget and risk management, roll-out strategy, cutover and hypercare. Coordinated multi-location testing cycles across 3 regions. All three regions delivered on time and within budget with zero critical incidents in first 3 months post-cutover.
Held full budget, scope and timeline accountability for SAP project portfolio and release roadmap, including infrastructure migration, system upgrades and integration initiatives. Established governance framework: RAID management, release planning and reporting for management and Group IT stakeholders. Projects included Cloud Migration for Market Management Tool, Oil Products Price Database Migration (OID Kursdatenbank) and Supplier Invoice Management System.
