With in-depth knowledge of the producing business (customer service and cross-functional), I have been responsible for a global implementation of SAP S4Hana as a Business Process Analyst Customer Service since the end of 2018. I worked on the implementation in more than 24 countries worldwide in a very tight timeframe and not only captured the country-specific business requirements by means of user stories, but also redefined the global processes in the global company across departments.
As of Jan 2025, I was responsible as Deployment Lead for a Greenfield S4Hana implementation with more than 30 sites in Canada/US.
In my current assignment I focus on OTC process improvements in Customer Service, successful SAP adoption during hypercare and beyond.
My experience is solidified but not limited in the following tasks:
- Global process design End-to-End, focus: Lead-to-Cash flow in overall cooperation with stakeholders in an international environment, detailed understanding of Source-to-Pay and Plan-to-Produce
- Global SAP S/4HANA implementation in according to agile project management (SCRUM)
- First level pre and post Go-Live support with strong problem solving skills
- Continued process optimization, automation and integration with various platforms
- Design and create training materials, provide end-user training
- Identified new system requirements and performed and lead system tests throughout different test cycles (ITC, UAT, regression tests)
- Create and support with reports (SAP/PowerBI/InforBI), define KPIs
- Brownfield S4Hana Upgrade Project from 1809 release to 2022 release
- Project Management/Deployment Lead
- Strong cross functional knowledge
I am available remotely for projects worldwide, flexible in working at different time zones. On-site upon request.
Currently I am available for 1 day/week.
