- TRUMPF: End-to-End Program Lead for a €80M global SAP S/4HANA Bluefield Transformation. Led the successful Global Big Bang across 46 legal entities, covering 95% of total corporate revenue. Established and implemented a global business process organization with 1,000+ GPOs, Process Owners, Consultants and KeyUsers, including governance, process ownership and organizational enablement.
- BOSCH Automotive: Design & Build Lead for a global SAP S/4HANA On-Premise template covering 120 plants and ~140,000 users worldwide. Led the transformation from a monolithic SAP landscape towards a decoupled ERP, MES and Logistics architecture, including SAP BTP components. Coordinated 400+ experts across 10 agile teams using the SAFe framework.

- Directed the design and global implementation of the SAP S/4HANA process and IT template for Bosch Mobility Solutions, impacting ~140,000 users across 120 manufacturing sites worldwide, with an annual budget of ~€30M.
- Defined the end-to-end business process architecture and operating model across core value streams, including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Source-to-Pay (S2P), Plan-to-Fulfill (P2F) and Record-to-Report (R2R).
- Owned the Bosch Business Model Template, including product vision, transformation roadmap, release strategy and global scalability.
- Led the Design & Build phase of the global S/4HANA template, ensuring delivery governance, quality, integration and alignment across business and IT.
- Built and led cross-functional process and IT development organizations with 400+ experts across 10 agile teams, using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Governed the transformation towards a decoupled enterprise architecture, integrating SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, MES, PLM and SAP BTP components.
- Led strategic stakeholder and system integrator / SAP consulting partner management across the global template program.
Held global responsibility for process and IT quality within Bosch Mobility Solutions, covering >100 IT systems and 120 international sites.
Introduced risk prevention and quality excellence frameworks (FMEA, EPQ, Henkaten Kanri) to safeguard critical IT and SAP operations.
