Projekthistorie
Help the client to move from an old SAP ECC landscape into the new SAP S/4 HANA environment, in a template / rollout based program. Tasked with managing DataMigration (and data architecture) in close coordination with cutover and being responsible for all related deliverables. Together with my client we've achieved:
- Succesful go-live of a large subsidiary in APAC
- Implementation of SAP MDG on the side
- Integration of several crucial interfaces to ensure ongoing engineering governance from HQ
- Achieve thorough and widespread - measurable - user acceptance of the new solution
- Build a stable, excellent team for data migration execution
