Track record
- Lendico (acquired by ING) — CPO, later also head of technology; up to 35 people across Product, Design, Engineering and BI. Replaced the legacy core with an in-house microservices banking platform, steered two business-model pivots, led tech due diligence and integration during the acquisition.
- Myos — CPO and acting CTO; team of ~17. Moved lending operations from spreadsheets to an automated platform: underwriting from 4 days of manual work to 2 hours. ML-based risk model, data warehouse, real-time reporting.
- Xentral (ERP) — owned the finance and accounting domain of a multi-module ERP for startups and SMEs: invoicing, payments, ledgers, e-invoicing, integrations.
- fliit — Interim CPO: stepped into a leadership gap, stabilised product direction, restructured the product organisation after layoffs.
- Currently — freelance product strategy for a POS provider: 3–5-year product vision and the modernisation path for a legacy platform.

Operational Automation — Replacing manual operations with automated, auditable workflows in payments, underwriting, receivables and compliance. Results so far: −95% manual effort at Myos, −85% at ratepay.
Data & Decision Systems — Data warehouse, real-time reporting and ML-based decision logic, built into the product and the daily operation.
Finance, ERP & Payments Domains — Accounting, invoicing, ledgers and subledgers, payment processing, lending, e-invoicing; API and third-party integrations across these.
