Spatial Data Analysis & GIS
Spatial data analysis and geoprocessing using QGIS, ArcGIS, Python, and R. Development of geospatial modelling pipelines for hazard- and climate-related applications, including automated hazard-footprint processing, event classification, and exposure mapping.

Statistical Modelling & Pattern Recognition
Statistical modelling using Python and R, including pattern recognition, time series analysis, parametric and non-parametric methods, probabilistic modelling, and model validation techniques. Application to road traffic accident data and mobility systems.

Data Visualisation & Reporting
Data visualisation using Plotly, Streamlit, Shiny, and GIS dashboards for scientific and stakeholder communication. Experience in strategic reporting and presentation of research results to public authorities and industry partners.

Uncertainty Quantification & Sensitivity Analysis
Uncertainty quantification, sensitivity analysis, and validation of spatial models, including investigation of uncertainty in traffic demand data.

Automated Data Workflows
Development and implementation of automated data workflows and exposure mapping for continuous reporting in research and infrastructure projects.

Transportation System Planning
Research and project work in transportation system planning, including road safety assessment, rural accessibility, autonomous vehicles, and mobility-as-a-service concepts.

Project Acquisition & Management
Third-party project acquisition, project implementation, strategic reporting, and management of funded research projects in cooperation with national and international consortia.

Teaching & Academic Lecturing
Lecturing at university level on topics including spatial analysis, environmental and sustainability management, and strategic reporting at Danube University Krems and University of Applied Sciences bfi Vienna.
