Building egregore.xyz - Adaptive organizational infrastructure for human-AI teams — observes how they work and evolves their tools, memory, and workflows to fit.
Built and deployed a production AI therapy intake and therapist-matching assistant in 9 days for a mental health platform. Agentic chatbot using LangGraph, multi-LLM setup (cost-efficient + “thinking” model), tool calling for matching, FastAPI backend and Langfuse for observability, deployed on GCS with CI/CD.
