Über mich

SAP EWM consultant and developer focused on Extended Warehouse Management and Material Flow System (MFS). Hands-on in live EWM projects — customizing, MFS testing, go-live support. Strong software background (Java, C#/.NET) gives me a technical edge. German, English, Spanish, Portuguese.

Skills

SAP CAPSAP ERPSAP ABAPSAP HANASAP BTPBackend-programmierungFull Stack EntwicklungSAP EWM
SAP EWM — Extended Warehouse Management EWM customizing and configuration in live S/4HANA project environments. Hands-on work across warehouse process configuration, inbound process design, and adaptation of existing processes during plant migration. Experience gained inside active industrial logistics projects rather than from training scenarios — configuring, testing, and validating against real operational requirements.
SAP MFS — Material Flow System Material flow testing and MFS rollout activities at a German logistics centre. Work on the configuration and validation of automated warehouse material flow, including the logic connecting EWM to automated material handling. MFS is a comparatively rare specialisation within the EWM space, and it is a deliberate core focus of my profile.
EWM Inbound Processes Inbound process design, mapping, and migration. Contributing to EWM customizing for a plant inbound migration — adapting and validating inbound warehouse processes for a new site.
Go-Live & Production Support Hands-on involvement in go-live phases and live production troubleshooting. Resolving real operational issues as they surface in the running system, including diagnosing where configuration behaviour and operational reality diverge.
Functional Specifications Reading, analysing, and working from functional specifications (FST/FSD) within EWM projects — and increasingly, evaluating whether a specification will hold up technically downstream before it reaches implementation.
Software Development A strong developer foundation that sets me apart from purely functional consultants: – Java – C# / .NET Framework – ASP.NET WebForms (maintenance & refactoring of in-house applications) – SQL / stored procedures This means I reason about SAP EWM not only at configuration level but at the level of what the system actually does — useful precisely where automated warehouse logic, material flow, and real behaviour meet.
SAP Certification SAP S/4HANA EWM — C_S4EWM_2023 (in progress).
Cross-Functional Strength Translation between operational requirements and technical implementation — bridging the gap between the people who live the warehouse process daily and the technical specification that is supposed to support it. This translation seam is where many EWM rollouts lose value, and it is where my combined functional + developer profile is most useful.
Languages German (native), English (fluent), Spanish (fluent), Portuguese (fluent). Comfortable working in international, multi-site project teams.
Adjacent / Developing SAP BTP (basic working knowledge — a developing adjacent skill, not a core focus).

Projekthistorie

SAP EWM Consultant & Software Developer

HELLA Forvia
SAP EWM Consultant / Developer — FORVIA HELLA, Lippstadt
Working within active SAP EWM projects at an automotive industrial site, with a focus on Extended Warehouse Management and Material Flow System (MFS) work in a real production logistics environment.
Current focus areas:
Material Flow System (MFS): Involved in material flow testing and MFS rollout activities at a German logistics centre — working on the configuration and validation of automated warehouse material flow, where EWM connects to automated material handling.
EWM inbound migration: Contributing to EWM customizing and inbound process design for a plant migration, mapping and adapting inbound warehouse processes for the target site.
Go-live & production support: Hands-on involvement in go-live phases and live production troubleshooting, resolving operational issues as they surface in the running system.
Alongside the EWM work, I maintain and refactor in-house .NET / C# applications, keeping the developer side of my profile active. This combination — functional EWM/MFS work plus a genuine software development background — lets me reason about the system not only at configuration level but at the level of what it actually does downstream in the material flow.
