Qualifikationen
  1. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im 1st und 2nd Level Support (seit 2021 als Freelancer)
  2. Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Benutzerbetreuung, Fehleranalyse und Problemlösung im IT-Support
