Projekthistorie
Brought in by investment shareholders to lead full operational, organisational, commercial and financial transformation of a circular foam manufacturer. Reduced workforce by 75%, cleaned up the balance sheet by more than 2M EUR, increased revenue and subsidies to approximately 2M EUR, exited an entire product line, spun off the comfort business and restructured and refinanced the company.
Recruited to lead strategic transformation and subsequent closure of a Korean semiconductor manufacturing operation (150 employees, approx. 200M EUR revenue). Planned and executed production transfer to China and Singapore, negotiated with unions and authorities, completed statutory liquidation and asset transfer.
Led business transformation, operational performance and organisational development of an international technology business with operations across Europe, USA and Asia. Held CEO/COO responsibility in a listed-company environment, working with shareholders, Board, investors and international management teams.
