I work as Test Lead and PMO in large SAP S/4HANA programs, mostly in regulated industries — healthcare, banking, transportation.

Right now I run the QA workstream for a global healthcare transformation: around 40 testers across four regions, compliance-critical testing (FDA, ISO 13485, IAM), weekly reporting to Directors and VPs. Before that: Deutsche Bahn (Vendo platform migration), Mercedes-Benz Bank (bank-wide IAM rollout), Creditreform (API quality assurance).

What I take over: the whole test organization of a program — strategy, governance, reporting, release decisions, and getting it through audit and go-live.

The second thing I do is bring AI into organizations beyond the pilot stage: analyzing business processes, deciding where AI and automation actually pay off, and implementing it — from process modeling (BPMN) to rollout and governance.
