Independent IT & Digital Transformation Consultant working through my company, FTTCS, with experience across IT operations, business applications, cybersecurity, project delivery and customer success, particularly within maritime technology.
I help organisations understand their operational needs, select and implement technology, improve processes and support users through change. My approach combines technical knowledge with practical delivery and strong relationships between customers, internal teams and technology providers.
Core areas of expertise:
• IT project management: requirements gathering, scope definition, planning, stakeholder coordination, risk and issue management, and delivery.
• Software implementation: process mapping, configuration requirements, data migration coordination, integration requirements, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training and go-live support.
• Business applications: aligning systems with operational workflows and coordinating improvements across teams and vendors.
• IT operations and cybersecurity: reviewing requirements, identifying risks and coordinating practical improvements with technical teams.
• Customer success and change management: onboarding, user adoption, training, customer communication and ongoing improvement.
Maritime experience includes software implementation across voyage management, vessel performance, crewing and payroll. I have worked closely with shipping companies and software teams to translate operational requirements into system functionality and manage complex implementation activities.
Tools and platforms include OpenOceanSTUDIO, Rocketlane, Jira, Confluence, Slack and Aha!
I work with organisations that need an external consultant to lead a project, coordinate technical and operational stakeholders, or provide additional delivery capacity. Available for remote and on-site engagements, in Greek and English.
