as well as types of patient access points across Germany
o Increased the per patient spend for cataract patients through a premium lens strategy across the
German entity

* Completed over 25 sell- and buy-side commercial due diligences and strategy projects in the digital health,
healthcare services, and medtech sectors; led teams of up to six people and took full ownership of
developing the approach as well as successfully delivering the projects to clients

o Carried out an organizational strategy review for a leading mid-market laboratory equipment
(incl. bioreactors) manufacturer resulting in significant cost savings and efficiency increases
o Developed a growth strategy for a DAX 30 healthcare company seeking to diversify from their
core business and add over €6bn in revenue by 2025 from different specialty areas
o Carried out a strategic review of the different clusters of a leading ophthalmic care chain in
Germany, identifying the improvement potential as well as defining the cluster strategy
