Project: Development of a Benchmark Portal for the German Quality Alliance Sepsis
1. Data Portal:
- Developed a portal to handle encrypted uploads and downloads of data.
- Implemented user, group, and permission management.
2. Domain-Specific Quality Metrics Calculation:
- Designed a system for the pre-processing of uploaded files.
- Integrated functionality for calculating quality metrics.
