? Creating extensions in AL for BC
? Supporting clients still running on

? Assist with functional specifications
of customisations and integrations

? Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live
end user support

? Create new and modify existing
customisations and integrations as
requested by the business

? Manage information technology and
Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 and a
hospital management add-on
? Managing a Project to upgrade NAV
2009 to Business Central
? Manage IT staff by recruiting, training
and coaching employees,
communicating job expectations and
appraising their performance
? Design, develop, implement and
coordinate systems, policies and
procedures
? Ensure security of data, network
access and backup systems
? Act in alignment with user needs and
system functionality to contribute to
organizational policy
? Audit systems and assess their
outcomes
? Handle annual budget and ensure
cost effectiveness
? Setting departmental targets
? Recruiting ICT personnel
? Conducting training programs for ICT
users
? Running and sharing regular
operation system reports with senior
staff
? Overseeing and determining
timeframes for major IT projects
including system updates, upgrades,
migrations and outages
? Managing and reporting on allocation
of IT budget
? Providing direction for IT team

? Identifying opportunities for team
training and skills advancement
