Senior Full-Stack & AI Integration Engineer and founder with 15+ years of experience designing, building and operating production-grade web platforms, SaaS products and AI-enabled systems.
I take ownership end-to-end: from product discovery and architecture to frontend, backend, data, infrastructure, deployment, observability and production operations. My focus is combining strong software-engineering fundamentals with practical AI integration — turning useful AI concepts into reliable product features and operational workflows.

- my-flohmarkt.de: an end-to-end discovery platform with AI-assisted data extraction and enrichment, LLM/VLM recovery paths, model routing, usage monitoring, maintenance agents and a public read-only MCP interface.
- tripmix.net: a production travel platform with hybrid support retrieval, multi-model routing, dedicated evaluation workflows, an operations MCP and a remote maintenance agent.
- Open-source AI tooling published on npm, including prio-llm-router, llm-clash and codex-to-llm.
Cloud, Platform & Operations:
AWS, Cloudflare, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, CI/CD, serverless systems, microservices, observability and production operations.
