Data System Testing Lead / Contributor - Project A: AML Investigation Platform

Guilin Bank
Led testing of the AML Investigation Platform focusing on faster data feedback. Analysed requirement documents, designed test cases, organised three-party reviews, queried eligible card and ID numbers in core banking and data warehouse, supported Linux server operations and test environment deployment, compared record counts and record-level differences between feedback files and source systems, reported data defects and authored the Operational Manual for Simulating Requests across Investigation Platform Channels.

Data System Testing Contributor - Project B: Credit Reference (Gen-2) Reporting System

Responsible for end-to-end data consistency testing across first-time loans, bank acceptance bills, commercial acceptance bills and revolving loans. Initiated business scenarios in the credit system test environment, reconciled reported data calibers against Credit Reference interface documentation, identified caliber deviations and field-mapping issues, defined test scope and approach alongside bank business and development teams, wrote and executed test cases and tracked defects to closure.

Led testing of 32 data-related requirements across six banking systems, identified and tracked 606 defects, delivered the full test cycle independently including requirement review, test case design, three-party review, data preparation, test execution, defect tracking and report delivery. Extracted test data using SQL to reconcile source and target differences.

Data Migration Test Engineer - Core Banking Replacement

Tangshan Bank
Conducted data research in the early project phase and authored the data migration test plan. Wrote SQL test cases based on mapping specifications and organised case reviews. Built Python scripts to batch-execute SQL test cases and validate post-migration data consistency. Coverage spanned core banking, credit, ECIF and general ledger systems including data migration, functional, performance, dynamic and business continuity testing.

Mapped source-to-target fields, wrote stored procedures to build wide tables, aggregated subject data at the subject layer and built reports in FineReport at the application layer.
