My background is in software engineering and data science across logistics and eCommerce, where I built predictive models and analytics solutions connected to real operational decisions. Over time, that work expanded into the infrastructure around models: how they are tracked, automated, deployed, monitored and secured in production.
That is where my focus is now. I build end-to-end ML systems and apply production reliability and DevSecOps principles to them, covering the full lifecycle from experiment tracking and pipeline automation to secure cloud deployment, observability and CI/CD security.

Digitalization of Warehouse Processes and Building a Data Analytics Platform. Built a web-based workforce allocation system for shift planning, developed a real-time operational visibility dashboard, and created a slotting optimization solution to improve warehouse picking efficiency.
