Armin Alaei is an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist with professional experience since 2017 across data engineering,
data science, machine learning, software development and cloud-based AI solutions. He has held key roles in building data
pipelines and databases, data cleaning, machine-learning preparation, data integration and deliveries for major industrial
and energy companies.
He has worked extensively with solutions for the oil and gas industry and contributed to the digitalization and structuring
of data for more than 7,000 wellbores on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. His work has included Python, AWS, SQL, NLP,
OCR, computer vision and machine learning, together with close collaboration with clients and domain experts.
In recent years, Armin has focused particularly on Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), delivering
complete cloud-based solutions for both public- and private-sector clients. He has held end-to-end technical responsibility
from requirements and architecture to document indexing, backend, frontend, deployment, authentication, evaluation
and production rollout.
At Experis, Armin was Senior Data Scientist and Discipline Lead Data & AI in Norway. He established and led Experis
Semantic Solutions, focused on GenAI- and RAG-based projects, combining hands-on technical delivery with technical
leadership, business development and sales. He is currently CTO and Full Stack Data Scientist at Inveniq AS, where he
develops and delivers production-oriented AI, RAG and agentic solutions for clients.
