Interim Team Lead for an IT Services team within an international financial institution, stepping in at short notice after the previous Team Lead resigned. Took over responsibility for stabilising day-to-day operations and ensuring continuity of business-critical banking services.
Led an experienced IT team while ensuring service quality, operational continuity and effective collaboration across Business, IT, external vendors and management.
Key responsibilities included IT Operations and Service Management, incident and problem resolution, SLA monitoring, vendor management, operational coordination and process improvement. Supported the organisation during a ransomware-related incident affecting Eurotax and contributed to operational response coordination and stakeholder communication.
Acted as a key interface between internal stakeholders, external service providers and management. Provided management recommendations on team setup, role clarity and collaboration structures to strengthen operational resilience and ensure long-term IT stability.
Supported improvements of IT service processes and governance structures and contributed to preparations related to regulatory and Cyber Security requirements, including NIS2.
The assignment combined IT Operations, leadership, stakeholder management and transformation expertise in a regulated banking environment.

Implementation of software projects (multi-project management) for a banking computing center in Austria. The job role covers project coordination, project scoping, gathering estimates and definition of working packages and responsibilities, planing of capacities and turnaround times, test-planing and -coordination of user acceptance tests.
